Trespass Prevention Systems customers are covered by a comprehensive and fully inclusive Preventative Maintenance Contract for the first 12 months after installation of there security system.

We can also offer customers maintenance contracts on security systems that we have not installed, after a full site survey of the system.

Our contracts can be renewed each year for the life of the security system.

For as long as the security system is kept under maintenance, then you will benefit from:

An annual on-site service inspection, including an 8 point check to ensure the alarm is functioning correctly.
24 hour access to our on-call engineer.
Free replacement equipment for any faults caused by equipment failure through normal wear and tear.
Our servicing charges are amongst the lowest in the security industry, and unlike our competitors, are fully inclusive with no hidden extras.

Our engineers are friendly and reliable and able to carry out your annual service at your convenience.

I have used TPPS and Paul twice now. He installed burglar alarm system at my old property and I have used him again for my new home. Always excellent and honest service, really diligent work. He clearly puts your requirements first every time rather than just up-selling at every opportunity. Can't fault the work, professionalism and continued customer support if/when required. Looking at security systems then TPPS and Paul are brilliant!

From the moment we consulted Paul, it was clear he had a great depth of knowledge about security systems, and used this t ensure we got the perfect systems for our needs, whilst pointing out options that would cost more without adding value. We chose to have both CCTV and a new alarm system, both with App-based interfaces, so you can carry the feeling of security with you, wherever you may be. Paul is a quiet, polite and hard-working man, who treats your home as if it were his own, rather than a construction site. First time we've had someone work in the house who removes his shoes, to avoid any marks to wooden floors. The installation was completed to plan, with minimal disruption. The quality of work is excellent. In the end, the technology has to work reliably (it does) and protect your property, but what makes this project stand out, is the friendly, thoughtful approach of Paul who takes the time to understand exactly what you want, and then pulls out all the stops to make it become a reality. Would give 6 stars, if possible - highly recommended!

I had been looking around for an affordable though effective alarm system, when I came across TPPS. Paul fitted a wireless alarm system for me recently and I have had no problems. Paul took time to explain everything, a really professional service. I will be looking to have security lighting fitted by this company. Highly recommended.

I contacted Paul having found that his company was local to my Mom and also that he had many good reviews. I’m so pleased that I did. My Mom is elderly and worries about people coming to her house and also overcharging her. Paul was brilliant, he went around the next day to check out her alarm which wasn’t working properly. He spent time checking out her alarm properly, explained things as nobody had before, didn’t charge her a fortune and was generally friendly and extremely helpful whilst being thorough. She was so happy with the service and we’ll never look anywhere else when needing our alarms serviced.

*****UPDATE: IVE HAD THIS CCTV AND ALARM FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW, AND WEDNESDAY 3RD JANUARY, IT CAUGHT 2 HOODLUMS ON A MOTORBIKE, PEERING THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW (CAR WAS NOT ON DRIVE, SO THEY MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS OUT). THE POLICE ARE NOW LOOKING INTO IT, AND THE POLICE OFFICER SAID "I WISH ALL CCTV VIDEO WAS THIS GOOD QUALITY". WE WERE ABLE TO SEE THE NUMBER PLATE ON THEIR BIKE AS THEY DROVE AWAY - IT WAS STOLEN IN WALSALL, 2 DAYS PREVIOUS. NOW MY NEIGHBORS AND I KNOW WE ARE BEING TARGETING BY A LOCAL GANG OF BURGLARS, THINGS WILL BE MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I AM NOW LOOKING THROUGH HISTORICAL VIDEO, TO SEE IF THEY WERE CASING THE PLACE FIRST (cus they wouldnt have had their masks on, then). Soi'd say £1000 for the CCTV and alarm (which calls me, if it goes off - ive done it loads of times, it works very well), was a great deal. Original post: Put an alarm and CCTV in, for £1000. Very happy, nice chap, everything works fine. Been in about 2 or 3 weeks, now. I often forget to turn the alarm off when i get in from Tesco, and it always goes off, so that's good. And the cctv is pretty brilliant, too. When its dark, i can see who is ringing the bell. Also, i had some problem with 2 of the cameras, cus i did something wrong - but he just came and messed about with it and it was back up, straight away - perfect after service. I'm really pleased (its been about 2 months now, ive just updated this)

Paul is nice guy offering a decent product at a decent price! He has installed both a wireless alarm for me and a fully wired CCTV system. Always willing to offer advice, but also happy to do what you want if you have specific ideas. We had one small issue which he was happy to come back and rectify. Would recommend to others and have done so.

Excellent service! My alarm was fitted by Paul just before Christmas, he fitted me in even though it was a busy time as he knew I had just moved into a property and was concerned about security. My alarm is all singing and dancing! Its brilliant, I feel safe when I'm in my property and I feel confident that its secured when I'm out of the property. I can even set it with my large dog having full reign within the property-something that other alarm companies struggled to accommodate or tried to charge the earth to work around. The installation was quick with minimal mess, any bits were cleaned up straight away, I was given a full demonstration on how my alarm worked and what it was capable of and the price was great too. I can highly recommend this company on price, customer service, efficiency and technical ability. Big Big thanks to TPPS.

Paul installed my new alarm this morning. Excellent service and great product! The installation was not only quick but Paul also demonstrated how to use the alarm and it’s features. Paul and TPPS clearly take pride in what they do a provide great customer service. Highly recommended!
